Open up a new image in psp 500 x 500 and floodfill with white.

Copy your tube and paste onto your canvas as a new layer

Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Antique.

Apply with the following settings;

Crop the canvas so that you have very little white showing around the mosaic pattern.

Add a new raster layer and flood fill with a darker colour from your tube.

Move this layer below the mosaic layer.

Highlight the mosaic layer in the layer palette.

Layers > Load / Save Mask > Load Mask from Disk.

Locate mask 10e_beauty_mask in the drop down box and apply with these settings;

Delete the mask layer, saying yes to the pop up box and merge the group.

Go to Image > Picture Frame

Load Edge Round 01.

Merge All > Flatten

Go to Image > Add Borders.

Add a 2 px symmetrical border using the colour you used to floodfill the mask layer.

Image > Add Borders.

Add a 4 px symmetrical border in white.

Add a further 2 px border in the original colour.

You should now have an image that looks like this;

Open up a new image 500 x 500 and floodfill with white.

Copy the tag back you just made and paste onto the new image as a new layer.

Resize by 85% with bicubic resample, all layers unchecked.

Position the tagback up at the top left hand corner and duplicate.

Resize the duplicated layer by 80% and position to the right and down a little.

Duplicate the frame you have just positioned to the bottom right and resize by 80%. Place this layer across and towards the top right.

Add the following Drop Shadow to all of the frame layers;

Close off the frame layers and highlight the background layer in the layer palette.

Add a new raster layer and floodfill with the colour you used for the frame borders.

Go to Image > Picture Frame.

Locate Edge Round 03 in the drop down box and apply.

Merge visible and resize this layer by 85%.

Unhide the frame layers.

Add a new raster layer and send it to the bottom.

Floodfill the new layer with white.

Go back to your original tube.

For the misted effect I have on my example, set your freehand selection tool to the following;

On your tube resize the canvas to around 600 x 600.

We need a fairly large canvas to carry out the misting effect.

now go around the tube with your mouse, keeping close to the edges of the image, it doesn't have to be precise!

Hit Selections > Invert.

Hit Delete.

The more times you hit delete the more misty your tube will appear. For the example in this tut I hit delete twice but it weill depend on the tube you are using and the effect you want.

When you are happy with the misting deselect.

Copy the misted tube and paste as a new layer on your working canvas.

Position her where you want her, resize if required.

Add your © info and a watermark if you use one now.

Select the font you want to use - I used Black Chancery - and in the materials palette set the background to the colour you used previously and the foreground to null.

Set the text tool to the following;

Type in the words you would like to use, the ones you choose will depend on what you are wanting your tag to say lol.

Place them randomly around the image. Once you are happy lower the opacity of the words slightly to get a misty effect and add a drop shadow if you wish.

Change the font size to 60 and set the stroke width to 1.

Select a lighter colour from your tube for the foreground.

Type in your name and position it where you think looks good.

Add the following Inner Bevel;

This next part is optional.

To get the effect I have in my tag apply EyeCandy 3 > Glass with the following settings;

Then apply EyeCandy 4 > Gradient Glow with the colour set to white and the glow width set to 3.

Finally add the following Drop Shadow;

Nearly done!

Crop off any excess white area around the tag.

Merge all > Flatten.

Go to Image > Add Borders.

Add a 2 px symmetric border in the frame colour.

Image > Add Borders.

Add a 4 px symmetric border in white.

Image > Add Borders, and add a 2px symmetric border in the original colour.

Right click on the background layer in the layer palette and promote background layer.

Go to Image > Canvas Size.

Change the canvas size to 600 x 600.

Add a new raster layer and send to bottom.

Floodfill with white.

Highlight the tag layer and add the following drop shadow;

Crop off the excess white and resize to suit your taste.
