Open a new image 500 x 500 with a transparent background.

Open your tube and with your eyedropper tool select one dark and one light colour for both your fore and background.

Set your colour palette to gradient > linear > angle "0" > repeats 3. Set as foreground - background.

Floodfill your blank canvas with the gradient.

Effects > Plugins > Xero > Fritillary.

Apply with the default settings.

Effects > Plugins > VM Natural > Splash.

Apply with the default settings.

Layers > Load/Save mask > Load Mask from disk.

Select mask 190 (this is default in psp 8 but I have included it in with the supplies)

Apply your mask with the following settings;

Layers > Right Click on the mask layer and hit delete.

Say yes to merging the mask into the layer below.

Layers > Merge > Merge Group.

Add a new Raster Layer.

Alter the gradient settings to Angle 45 and floodfill your new layer with the gradient.

Effects > Xero > Fritillary with default settings.

Effects > VM Natural > Splash with default settings.

Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask from Disk.

Select Mask 193 (Also included in the supplies zip) and apply with the same settings as before.

Delete the mask once again saying yes to merging into the layer below. Layers > Merge > Merge Group.

Resize the new group layer by 75% , all layers unchecked.

Position the circular mask layer to the top left of the lower mask layer.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Resize as needed.

Duplicate the tube layer. Position your two tube layers on your image as it pleases you. I mirrored the lower tube layer. Play around with it and see what you can come up with.

This is what your image should now resemble;

Once you are happy with the positioning lower the opacity of the lower tube layer to 52.

Add your watermark and the © information now.

Nearly there!

Now for your text.

Select your font. I used Sweet Rosie. Set your font to;

Vector > Size 72 > Stroke 1 > Anti-Alias checked.

Apply.

Use the nodes to position your text at the bottom of the tag. Pull them in or out so that the text stretches right across the bottom.

When you are happy with the text convert the vector layer to a raster layer.

Effects > 3D Effects > Inner bevel.

Apply the following settings;

Now, you can leave it at that if you want to, I like to have quotes though, lol, so I added one into my image.

Select a script font (I used fancy but any script one will do).

Set your dark colour to your background and set your foreground to null.

Apply your quote to the tag and position it in the top right corner. Lower the opacity of the quote layer to 72.

Resize your tag and save as a jpeg.
