Drop my mask into your masks folder.

Open new image 600 x 600 and floodfill with white.

Take your preset shape tool set to vector, rectangle with a line width of 6. In your materials palette set the background to Red Lava (Default in psp 8) or choose another suitable pattern.

Set your foreground to a deep red (or a colour that matches the pattern you are using).

Make the background null for now.

Holding your shift key down draw our a small square in the top left hand corner of your canvas.

Convert the layer to a raster layer and with your magic wand set to 0 tolerance and 0 feather click once inside the square you just made.

Selections > Modify > Contract.

Contract the selection by 10 pixels.

Floodfill the selection with the same colour as you used for the foreground.

Selections > Modify > Contract.

Contract the selection by 6 pixels.

Hit delete and deselect.

Click once on the white strip between the edges of the frame with your magic wand.

Selections > Modify > Expand.

Expand the selection by 2 pixels.

Now add a new raster layer and make your background active in the materials palette. It should still be set to the pattern you chose.

Floodfill the selection with the pattern on the new raster layer.

Deselect and move the lava layer down underneath the frame.

Add the following Inner Bevel to the lava layer.

Right click on the frame layer in the layers palette and merge down.

Duplicate the frame layer twice.

Move the duplicated layer across to the right so it is lined up with the original frame.

Repeat with the other duplicated frame. The grid in the view menu is useful for placing them just right!

You want a small gap between the three frames.

Once you are happy with the placement close off the white background layer and merge visible.

Move the triple frame over slightly so that it is central but still at the top of the canvas.

Duplicate.

Move the copy down keeping it lined up with the top one. Make the gap between the two roughly the same as you left between the three frames.

Duplicate once more and repeat so you have a nine framed frame.

Close the white back ground off and merge visible. Move your framework roughly into the centre of the canvas.

Activate the white background layer and add a new raster layer.

Floodfill with the lava pattern.

Layers > Load / Save Mask > Load Mask from Disk.

Locate my mask sweetmask32 in the dropdown box and apply with these settings;

Merge Group.

Image > Resize > Resize by 85% with bicubic resample all layers unchecked.

Adjust > Blur.

Edit > Repeat Blur.

Now duplicate the mask layer once.

Hide the duplicate layer and activate the original layer.

Resize it by 90% with bicubic Resample, all layers unchecked.

Effects > Plug-ins > DSB Flux > Blast.

Apply to the tag with these settings;

Now repeat the blast effect changing the direction setting from Downwards to Upwards, then again changing the direction setting to Right and finally again changing the direction setting to Left.

You should get something like this;

Make the copy visible again and activate the top frame layer.

Effects > Plug-ins > Eyecandy 4 > Gradient Glow.

Apply the glow with these settings;

Set the colour tab to white with 100% opacity.

If you don't have Eyecandy 4 don't worry you can get a very similar effect by using the following drop shadow.

Now copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Position her where you want her and add the following drop shadow followed by the gradient glow with the same settings as we used on the frame.

This gives a lovely wispy effect to the tube;

Finally apply your © Info and your text. I used the Font Rickles set to vector size 72 and repeated the inner bevel, the grey drop shadow and the gradient glow applied twice.

Resize to suit your taste and save.
