Open a new image 400 x 400 with a transparent background and flood fill with white.

Select one of the predominant colours from your tube.

Add a new raster layer and floodfill with your selected colour.

Go to Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask from Disk.

Locate sblendidmask01 in your drop down menu and apply with these settings;

Right click on the mask layer in the layer palette and hit delete. Say yes to the pop up box. Right click again and merge group.

With your mover tool move the mask layer up and to the left of your canvas.

Add a new raster layer.

Select a different colour from your tube and flood fill the new layer.

Apply the mask again following the same steps as the first mask layer.

Move this mask layer down and to the right.

Add one more raster layer and select a different colour from the tube. Floodfill the new layer and repeat the mask steps again. Move the final mask layer down and to the left.

Hide the white background layer and merge the three mask layers together. Lower the opacity of the merged layer to 75.

Make your background layer visible.

Copy and paste your tube onto your tag as a new layer.

Resize the tube so it fits neatly in the center of the canvas.

Duplicate the tube layer.

Make the original tube layer the active layer and resize by 75% with bicubic resample, all layers unchecked.

Still on the original tube layer go to Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic Glass.

Go to Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask from Disk.

Locate ww-border3 mask in the drop down menu and apply with these settings.
