
For this tutorial you will need the following supplies;
Paint Shop Pro (This tut done in version 8 but easily adapted for other versions.) trial version available here
My Supplies (these include my mask, my brush and my moon tube) here
EyeCandy 4000
A tube and font of your choice ~ I used the artwork of Abranda Sisson for the examples in this tut. Please visit her website here

Lets start!
Put the mask in your masks folder and the brush in your brushes folder. Open the tube you have chosen to use and the moon tube in PSP.
Open new image 500 x 350 and floodfill with black.
Open your tube and copy / paste it onto your canvas. Move
it toward the left hand side of your tag.
Duplicate the tube layer and make the original layer the
active one.
Go to Effects > Plug ins > Eye Candy 4000 >
Motion Trail.
Apply with these settings;
Lower the opacity of the motion trail layer to 68.
Highlight the background layer in the layer palette.
Open
my moon tube and paste as a new layer. Resize it to fit
the top right corner (around 50%).

Highlight the back ground layer again and add a new
raster layer.
Floodfill with a dark colour from your
tube.
Go to Layers > Load / Save Mask > Load Mask from
Disk.
Locate my mask "sweetmask9" in the drop down box and
apply with these settings;
Delete the mask layer and merge group.
Go to Image > Canvas Size > Resize Canvas. Resize the
canvas to 600 x 450 pixels.
Add a new raster layer.
Floodfill this one with black.
Apply the mask once again but this time check the invert
transparancy box.
Delete the mask layer and merge the
group.
Resize this mask layer by 135% with bicubic
resample, all layers unchecked.
Highlight the first mask
layer. Take your magic wand and click once outside of the
mask on this layer.
Go to selections > Invert.
Selections
> Modify > Contract.
Contract the selection by 2 pixels.

Go to Image > Crop to selection.
Lower the opacity of the coloured mask layer to around
90.
Merge all visible.
Duplicate your merged layer once and resize the duplicate
by 90% with bicubic resample, all layers unchecked.
Highlight the bottom layer and go to Effects > Texture
Effects > Blinds and apply these settings;

Merge visible and add a 10 pixel symmetric border in
black.
Promote the background layer and add a new raster layer.
Locate the brush Sheltersweet in the brush menu. Apply it
in white or a light colour over the moon.
If you don't want to use the brush you can type your saying stright onto the tag.

Apply the following drop shadow to the text;

Merge visible and resize by 95% with bicubic resample,
all layers unchecked.
Go to Image > Picture Frame.
Locate Edge Chalk 3 in the drop down box and apply with
the following settings;

Add a new raster layer and send to bottom.
Floodfill this
layer with black to take care of any transparent areas.
Add your © Info and your name.
