Lets start!
Put the mask in the folder where you keep them!
Open New Canvas 600 x 600 with a raster layer. Flood fill with white - rename background.
Open your tube.
Add new raster layer.
Select a darker colour from the tube and floodfill the new layer.
Effects > Texture Effects > Texture. Apply the Dither 25pct texture (or
any other one you want) with the following settings.
Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask from Disc.
Find the mask I supplied in the drop down box and apply with these
settings.
Right click on the mask layer in the layer palette and merge group.
Rename this layer Mask.
Resize the Mask Layer by 85% with bicubic resample - all layers
unchecked. Move it up to the top right hand side of your canvas.
Copy your tube and paste as a new layer.
Position her down towards the bottom left of the canvas.
If you have a blunt edge on the tube you can use the selection tool
with a feather of 24 to soften the edge a bit.
Hit delete a couple of times after you have selected and the bluntness
will soften down. Rename the layer tube 1
Duplicate the tube layer once. Rename this layer tube 2.
On the tube 1 layer go to Effects > Plug-ins > Eye Candy 3 > Motion
Trail.
Apply with the following settings.
Now on Tube 2 Layer apply the following Drop Shadow;
Repeat the shadow.
Back on your original tube hit Shift and D to duplicate it. Close the
original in case you get mixed up! You want the face area to be large
enough to act as a background so resize the tube by around 150%. Now
zoom in on the face and with the selection tool set like this;
Select around the face.
When you join up the selection it will enlarge, Go to Selections > Invert then hit delete a few times.
Selections > Select none.
Edit > Copy.
Paste the feathered face onto your working canvas as a new layer.
It should look like this;
If the face is still too small resize it again until you have roughly
the right size. Once you are happy with the size rename this layer face
1 and duplicate it. Rename the duplicate face 2.
On the face 2 layer go to Image > Mirror.
Position your faces like this.
Lower the opacity of each face to 50%.
Right click on Tube 2 Layer
Arrange > Bring to Top
Choose a font and add your name. I used Beyond Wonderland size 125 in
the same colour I used for the background. Add the following inner
bevel;
