A tube and font of your choice. I used the awesome artwork of Pat Carlucci. You can purchase a licence to use Pats artwork Here
Open a new image 500 x 500 with a transparent background.
Open your tube, Edit > Copy
Paste onto new image as new layer.
Select raster one and using the dropper tool select a colour from your tube for the background. Floodfill.
Go back to your tube layer and duplicate once.
Hide top tube layer and make original layer active.
Image > Resize by 120.
With this layer still active go to Effects > Visman > Experimental > Mighty Maze. Apply with the following settings;
Go back to your layers palette and make the top tube visable and active.
With your mover tool, position it to where you think it looks best. Add the following drop shadow;
Merge visable.
Go to layers > Load/Save Mask > Load mask from disk, select mask 049 (It should be one of the default masks but I have included it here if you don't have it.) Apply the mask with the following settings;
Go back to layers palette, right click on mask layer and select delete. When the box pops up select yes.
Merge Group.
Add new raster layer.
Using dropper tool select two complimentary colours for your fore and backgrounds.
Select the text tool and apply your name, using your chosen font, with the following settings;
Create as Floating.
Size 48
Stroke width 2
Anti Alias checked
Position your text where you think it looks best. With ants still marching apply the following inner bevel;
Repeat drop shadow using the same settings as before and go to Selections > Select none.
