Select one of the tiles from the playset copy and paste as a new image. You can choose whichever tile you like for your tag, for the purposes of this tutorial I have put in the ones I chose. Feel free to experiment and make your tag your own!
For the first one I chose seamless tile 6.
Set your foreground to pattern and locate the tile you chose in the dropdown menu.
Floodfill your blank image with the pattern.
Go to Effects > Plug-ins > Tramages > Cirquelate.
Apply with this setting;
Add a new raster layer.
Select one of the darker tiles from the playset. I chose seamless tile 2. Copy and paste as new image and set your foreground pattern to the new tile.
Floodfill your new raster layer.
Go to Effects > Plug-ins > Tramages > Cirquelate.
Apply again changing the Cirques setting to 82.
Add a new raster layer.
Select a final light tile from the playset.
Follow the same steps and floodfill your new layer with this pattern.
Repeat Cirquelate setting the cirques to 46.
Open a new image 400 x 250 and floodfill with white.
Copy each of the pattern layers you have just made onto your new image as new layers.
Use your mover tool to position them like this;
Add the following drop shadow to each pattern layer;
Repeat the drop shadow on each layer changing the horizontal and vertical values to minus 2.
On the furthest layer to the back reduce the opacity to 46.
On the middle layer (your dark layer) reduce the opacity to 48.
On the front layer reduce the opacity to 30.
Close off the white back ground layer and merge the three layers together.
Duplicate the merged layer.
Go to Image > Flip.
Image > Mirror.
Reposition and lower the opacity of the duplicated layer to 54.
Close off the white background and merge visible.
This is what you should have;
Go back to your playset and copy the face layer.
Paste onto your tag as a new layer.
Position it over to the right and up a little. Reduce the opacity to 56.
Back on the playset select one of the misted scenes. (I used view 1).
Copy and paste as a new layer and move it down and to the left. Reduce the opacity to 64.
Now we are going to decorate.
You can play around with this part. I have again given the examples of the selections I made but you can put on anything you like!
On the playset locate pearl one and paste as a new layer. Position it up on the right in the corner of the first lilac background. Resize to suit.
Repeat this step with pearls 2 and 3 and place them vertically along the edge of the lilac tile.
Close off all the layers apart from the pearls and merge visible.
Duplicate the pearls layer. Make your other layers visible.
On your duplicated pearl layer go to Image > Mirror.
Image > Flip.
Position this in the bottom left corner of the lilac tile and reduce the opacity to 60.
Back on the playset select Gem 2.
Paste it onto your tag as a new layer. Repeat the same steps as you did for the pearls only this time position them horizontally accross the top and bottom of the lilac background tile.
Lower the opacity of both gem layers to 58.
I left the decorating there but its up to you if you want to add more.
Once you are happy with how its looking merge all layers.
Add a new raster layer and send it to the bottom.
On the playset select one of the fill tiles. Copy it and paste it as a new image. (I choose fill tile 2).
Set your pattern to the fill tile and floodfill your new layer. Reduce the opacity of this layer to around 66.
Make your merged layer your active one and go to Effects > Image Effects > Page Curl. Apply with these settings;
Repeat the page curl for the top left corner with the same settings.
Merge all visible layers.
Go to Image > Canvas Size.
Resize the canvas to 500 x 300 pixels.
Add a new raster layer and send to the bottom of the layers palette.
Add the following Drop Shadow to your merged layer;
Repeat Drop Shadow changing the Horizontal and Vertical values to minus 2.
Floodfill the new raster layer with white.
Go to Selections > Select All.
Selections > Modify > Contract.
Contract by 25 pixels.
Selections > Invert.
Add a new raster layer.
Go back to the pattern you just used. Set the scale to 22 and flood fill the selected area on the new layer.
Selections > Invert.
Reduce the opacity of the filled layer to 66.
Keep Selected!
Add a new raster layer.
Selections > Modify > Expand.
Expand by 18 pixels.
Selections > Invert.
Floodfill new layer in selected area with #655383.
Selections > Select None.
Finally add a picture frame.
Image > Picture Frame.
I used Edge Brush 02 (default frame in PSP 8) Frame Outside of Image checked.
Merge > Merge All Flatten.
Add your name to your tag wherever you think it looks best. Select your own font or use the one I supplied in the supplies zip. Set your text to this;
Set your Foreground to Null and your Back ground to #655383.
Add a drop shadow.
Resize your tag to suit your own taste and save as a jpeg.
