Lets start!

Open new image 600 x 600 and floodfill with white.

Open up all of the supplies and your tubes / images. I have included 2 skylines, one is slightly more defined than the other its up to you which you want to use. You could also use your own image for the background, make sure you check the artists TOU regarding the mixing of work before you do so.

Copy and paste both the frames onto your canvas and arrange them like this;

Make the filmstrip frame the active layer and with your magic wand set to Tolerance 10, Feather 0 click inside the first square.

Selections > Modify > Expand.

Expand the selection by 3 pixels.

Take your first image and copy. Paste onto your working canvas as a new layer.

With your mover tool move the image so that the part you want showing through the frame is positioned within the marching ants.

Selections > Invert.

Hit delete on your keyboard.

Move the image layer down beneathe the filmstrip layer in your layers palette.

Repeat these steps for each square on your filmstrip layer with the different tubes you chose (Or use the same tube but different parts of it!)

Activate the Filmstrip frame layer and add the following drop shadow;

Now close off the white background layer and the Oblong Frame layer and Merge all visible.

Make the Background and oblong frame layers visible again.

Make the Oblong Frame layer the active one and click once inside with your magic wand (same settings as before).

Selections > Modify > Expand.

Expand the selection by 10 pixels.

Copy my Skyline image and paste as a new layer. Resize it to suit the image. (I resized mine by 85% with bicubic resample 5 times).

Selections > Invert.

Hit delete on your keyboard and then move the skyline layer below the Oblong Frame layer in your layers palette.

Selections > Select None.

Take your magic wand again and with the Oblong frame layer the active one click once inside the frame.

Take the tube you are going to use for your main frame image and copy.

Paste as a new layer. Make sure the tube layer is the top one in the layers Palette.

Apply the drop shadow we used earlier but change the shadow colour to white.

Resize it to suit if needed then position it over the frame so you have parts hanging over the edge of the frame.

Selections > Invert.

Zoom in and with your eraser tool remove the parts you want to look like are behind the frame. The marching ants will stop you from taking too much away.

When you are happy with the result go to selections > Select None.

Make the Oblong Frame layer the active one and re-apply the drop shadow but change the shadow colour back to black.

You should have something like this;

Now add your name and © info to your tag. I used Lainie Day as my font in black and used the drop shadow we have used throughout with white as the shadow colour applied a couple of times.

Crop off any excess white around your frames.

Now for the twinks.

Go to Edit > Copy Merged.

Open up animation shop and right click on the workspace.

Paste as a new animation.

Go to Animation > Resize Animation.

Repeat the resize.

We need to duplicate the frame until we have 12 of them.

Go to the Duplicate button on the toolbar at the top of Animation Shop.

Click this button 4 times. You now have 9 Frames.

On the image click on the 9th frame.

Hit duplicate twice more.

This gives you 11 frames.

Click on the 11th frame and then hit duplicate once.

You should now have 12 frames.

Open up the twinks you want to use.

Each one has 6 frames. On the first twink go to Edit > Select All. The outside of the frames should all turn blue indicating they are all selected.

Edit > Copy.

Go back to your tag animation. click on the first frame. Holding your shift key down click on the 6th frame. This selects the first six frames.

Still on your tag animation got to Edit > Paste > Paste into selected frame.

Move your curser around the image until you have the twink where you would like it to show then left click on your mouse to put it into position.

If it doesn't work out just go to Edit > Undo Paste and try it again.

Now click once on your 3rd frame. Hold down the shift key and click once on the 8th frame.

Open the next twink you want to use.

Go to Edit > Select All. Then Edit > Copy.

Back over on your tag animation go to Edit > Paste > Paste into selected frame and position as above.

Finally click on the 7th frame of your tag animation and holding the shift key click on the 12th frame.

Repeat the above steps once more to get your third twink onto the tag.

You can add as many twink as you would like but make sure you start the twink animations into different frames to give the effect of them going off at different times.

Once you are happy with your twinks save as a gif and you are done.
