Lets go!

Unzip the supplies and open in psp

Open a new transparent canvas 400 x 250

Choose a dark Colour from your tube and flood fill canvas.

Go to Effects > Plugins > Eyecandy Nature > Snowdrift > Dirty Snow

Apply and rename this layer Background.

Go to Selections > Select all > Modify > Contract by 7 > Selections > Invert

Add new raster layer ~ name it Frame 1.

Choose a lighter colour from your tube for your Background /Fill, set your foreground to gradient: Settings, Foreground - Background, Linear, Angle 0, Repeats 4.

Make sure your frame 1 layer is active and floodfill selected area with your gradient. Selections > Select None.

Still on frame one: Selections > Select All > Modify > Contract by 11 > Selections > Invert.

Keep selected!

Add a new raster layer and name it frame 2. In your colour palette click on your gradient and change the repeats to 20.

Make frame 2 your active layer and floodfill the selected area with your gradient. Selections > Select None. Move the frame 2 Layer under the frame one layer and add the following drop shadow;

Repeat drop shadow but change your offset values to -2.

X out Background layer and merge visible rename merged layer Frame. Make background layer visible.

You should have something like this.

Ok, now you have your basic frame, Hit Shift and D to duplicatethe image and on the duplicate go to Image > Resize.

Resize by 50% with bicubic resample and all layers checked. Merge Visible.

Edit > Copy.

Go back to original Canvas, Edit > Paste as new layer.

Rotate the new layer with your deformation tool so you have a vertical frame. Rename this layer large inner frame.

Position it where you want it and duplicate once. Rename duplicate layer small inner frame.

Resize small inner frame by 75% bicubic resample checked, all layers unchecked.

Add a drop shadow to both of these inner frame layers following instructions as before (offset values 2 and then repeat with offset values of -2) Position smaller frame centrally over the larger frame.

X out background and frame layers > merge visible. Rename merged layer large Inner Frame and duplicate once. Rename duplicate small Inner frame and make sure it is your active layer.

Take your deformation tool and pull the top centre node down about halfway so you have a square frame.

Place small inner frame where you want it and lower opacity to 66.

Open your small iris tube (or flower tube of choice) > Edit > Copy.

On your working canvas go to Edit > Paste as new layer and place image over the top of your small inner frame layer.

Open Floral 1 Tube Edit > Copy. Back on working canvas go to Edit > Paste as new layer.

Move this floral layer underneath your small inner frame layer and use the deformation tool to position it over your large inner frame layer. You should have something similar to this

X all layers except the background and frame.

Highlight your background layer and choose a pretty brush. Now you get to be creative!

Set your Foreground/Stroke to the original colour and place as many or few brush strokes on your background as you like. Alternate the colours so that you get something like this.

Make all layers visible.

Open your tube. Edit > Copy.

Paste her as a new layer on your working canvas and bring her to the top.

Add following drop shadow;

Merge all visible.

Add a new raster layer and put on your watermark and any copyright info that may be required now!

Select your font.

I choose Alex Brush by Rob which is a paid font so I can't include it here.

Apply text to your tag with the following settings;

Position your text onto your tag and once you are happy with it convert vector layer to raster. Add an inner bevel and a drop shadow.

Save as Jpeg and thats it! Done!

Be creative with this tut, Try different tubes and shapes, use a pattern instead of a gradient, this is just a starting point!

Hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
