Lets tag!

Open up my scrap kit, alpha and mask. Drop the mask in your mask folder. Open new image 500 x 500 with a transparent background.

Floodfill with white.

Add a new raster layer.

Select one of the papers from my Shine Kit. Copy the paper and paste as a new image then set your foreground to pattern and find the paper in the dropdown box.

Floodfill the new layer with the paper pattern.

Go to Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask from Disk.

Locate my mask sweetmask24 in the drop downbox.

Apply with these settings;

Delete the mask layer in the layer pallete saying yes to the pop up box and then merge group.

Go to Image > Resize.

Resize by 75% with bicubic resample all layers unchecked.

Move the group layer up and to the left.

Open your tube and copy.

Paste onto your canvas as a new layer.

Duplicate your tube once and make the copy invisible.

On the original layer go to Image > Mirror.

Resize your tube.

I resized mine by 125% with bicubic resample and then repeated the resize.

Move the tube layer you just resized down on the layer palette to below the mask layer and position the face in the center of the mask.

Take your selection tool and set it to Selection Type ~ Rectangle, Mode ~ Replace, Feather ~ 16 and anti alias checked.

Draw out a selection between the two dark borders of your mask layer.

When you let go of your mouse the selection will expand like this;

Selections > Invert.

Make sure you have the tube layer highlighted in the layer palette and hit delete twice.

This will give you the nice soft edge.

Selections > Select None.

Lower the opacity of your tube layer to around 54 and change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy.

Hide all layers apart from the large tube you just resized and the mask layer.

Merge Visible and rename mask layer. Make your copy tube layer visible.

Apply the following drop shadow and position her in front of the mask layer (See my finished tag for reference!)

Open up the Elements part of the Scrap Kit.

Select a chain, copy and paste it on to the left side of your tag and resize by 75%. (You may need to resize it more than this depending on the tube you used)

Copy one of the hanging charms and paste that onto the tag as a new layer too.

Position the charm at the end of the chain.

To make the Charm appear linked, highlight the chain layer and go to Selections > Select All.

Selections > Float.

Selections > Defloat.

Now highlight the hanging charm layer and take your eraser brush.

Erase the part of the charm which you want to appear behind the chain link.

The selection will prevent you from going over the edges!

Now open the Papers and Ribbons in the scrap kit.

Select one of the fine trims.

Copy and paste as a new layer, resize to suit and position at the top of your tag.

You want it to appear like the trim is holding the chain. See my tag for reference.

Erase any overlaps.

Repeat the drop shadow we used earlier on the three elements you just added.

Now open up the shine alpha and select the letters of your name.

Copy and paste each letter as a new layer and position along the right edge of the tag resizing to suit.

Apply the same drop shadow and arrange as you prefer(I liked the jumbled up look!) you can add in one of the metallic elements if you like too, I used the heart.

Finally select one of the signs from the Shine Tabs and copy.

Highlight the mask layer in your layer palette and paste the tab you selected at the bottom left side below your tube.

Repeat the drop Shadow.

Select your font. I used Rage Italic.

Type in a few words next to your tab. I used the Bitch tab so I thought "and proud!" was appropriate lol, you can use whatever suits the tab you chose!

Add an inner bevel and a drop shadow to your text.

Don't forget to include your © info and your watermark if you use one.

Save as a jpeg and thats it!
